D., Southern Methodist University, 2004 Joe and his wife, Shelley, have lived in Collin County since 1987. Shelley is a Literacy Specialist at Curtsinger Elementary in Frisco. Joe and Shelley have two children, Treyson (29) and Arielle (16). Treyson attends SMU Dedman School of Law and Arielle is in the 11th grade.
